While we strive to adhere to this timeline, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as logistics issues, weather conditions, or high order volumes). In such cases, we assure you that all necessary steps will be taken to ensure delivery at the earliest possible time.

For orders containing multiple products, we will make every effort to ship all items together. However, this may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or logistical constraints. All products purchased in a single transaction will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

If you wish to ship products to multiple addresses, we request that you place separate orders for each destination.


How can I confirm if my shipping address is serviceable?

You can check the serviceability of your pin code after adding products to your cart. Before completing the payment, the pin code entered for the shipping address will be verified against our delivery network.

If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be requested to provide an alternate address within our serviceable delivery areas.


How will the delivery be carried out?

Deliveries will be fulfilled through trusted and reputed courier partners such as DHL, Blue Dart, Aramex, FedEx, and Delhivery, ensuring safe and timely delivery of your orders.


For International Orders

For international shipments, customs duties and taxes may be applicable as per the regulations of the destination country. These charges, if any, will be the responsibility of the customer.
