Return & Refund Policy – Dropmint
Return Request
At Dropmint, we accept returns or exchanges only in cases of incorrect product delivery or damaged items.
- Please do not wash or use the defective product. If the product is found to be washed or used, we will not be able to process a return or exchange.
- A 360-degree uncut video of parcel/box opening is mandatory for raising any complaint.
- If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please notify us via email at support@dropmint.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Your email must include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Relevant images
- Uncut parcel opening video
Once your request is received, our team will review and approve it. After approval, we will arrange a return pickup.
- Any complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- The returned product must be unused and in original condition with tags intact. If the product is found used, the refund will not be applicable.
Exchange Conditions
- If the exchange request is due to personal preference (such as color, print, or liking) and not because of a defect or wrong product:
- The shipping charges for pickup and re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
- Products purchased during sale or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- Only one return/exchange request per order will be accepted.
- All returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of Dropmint.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only for fulfillment errors, such as:
- Incorrect product shipped
- Missing items
- Damaged products
- Once your return is approved:
- We will either issue a store credit note, or
- Process a refund to your UPI / Bank account (after deducting applicable shipping charges).
Cash refunds are not provided.
